Quality Management System

The extensive process- and customer-oriented integrated management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2009 was already established in 2002. It assures ILFA`s customers optimum quality through systematic, any time traceable and standardized Process Quality targets. With the successful re-certification on 20.04.2009 ILFA demonstrated that the aims and objectives of quality management system are consistently used.

The consistent application and development of our management system should be verified to ensure that:

The processes of our management system include all products, all services, all managers and all employees of the company.


Environmental Protection

Certification according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2009

ILFA sees environmental protection as a challenge and act responsibly with natural resources. With the introduction of the environmental management system ILFA meets the requirements of the environment requirements of tomorrow and steadily reduced environmental impacts of products throughout their product life cycle and during the production in the company.

This includes claims of customers, employees, suppliers and the improve our self-imposed commitments of environmental performance. Annual external audits guarantee regularly critical review on the process and timely and effective implementation of further improvements. There are communicated in a target catalogue and the achievements of objectives are monitored.


On compliance with legal requirements following environmental measures have already been successfully implemented :

  • use of environmentally friendly technologies

  • replacement of polluting processes and / or optimization of processes to prevent pollution

  • Product planning under consideration of the environmental impact of the entire product life cycle

  • catalog of measures including staff training to prevent environmental accidents

  • Energy Concept:
  • Use of a cogeneration unit:
    12-cylinder gas engine with an output of 250KWh
    to reduce CO ² emissions
    Production of 720-740 kWh of energy per day

  • the use of new manufacturing technologies to reduce electricity and time

  • Water and Wastewater
  • treatment of wastewater:
    The wastewater will be under constant scrutiny by the Office for City drainage. Free of residues it is released in the urban sewage system.

  • A Programm to reduce the consumption of fresh water with reverse osmosis.

  • Water saving through more efficient manufacturing processes and technologies

  • Waste - Reduce
  • Systematic avoidance of waste and environmentally sound recovery and disposal.
    f.e. Inkjet-Scanner to reduce the use of solvents in screen printing


… to name just a few of our action. We are already thinking of the next challenges in environmental protection.



MIL – Certification (MIL-PRF-31032)

  • The certification serves the quality assurance at the highest level

  • MIL-PRF-31032 is aligned with the IPC 6012/6013 Class 3

  • Test and test methods refer to strong IPC-TM 650

  • Approval for rigid, flexible and rigid flexible circuit boards

  • All work and procedures and process instructions are examined and removed MIL

  • Certification will take place on the spot instead

  • Any modification of the statement is MIL-reported
