In times of innovative CNC technology we use high-precision drilling, milling and laser machines that provide hundreds of thousands of reproducible results. Nevertheless, it is essential to verify these results. For this reason ILFA uses contemporary metrology.
The outline of your PCB we measure optically with a 2-coordinate measuring machine, we examine the drill diameter in the transmitted light method. Also cutouts in the printed circuit board, special conductive pattern geometries or individual drilling positions, we can precisely approach and measure when it comes to critical dimensions. We document the results and evaluation of the dimensional analysis in the test report in tabular form.
